Returns & Exchanges

At ALOHAS, we want you to love your sustainable pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges from the date of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return form inside the box to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Attach the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal to your package and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10-14 business days.
